General Terms and Conditions

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID issued by Govt. of India has to be carried by every individual (Adults & children/infant) staying at the hotel. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following : Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in and the booking will be considered as NO SHOW and no refund will be provided.
Extra Adult / Child Policy:
  • Child below the age of 06 yrs. will be our special guest and will be complimentary.
  • Child aged 06 - 12 yrs. shall be chargeable based on the booking meal plan.
  • Adult (an individual above the age of 12 yrs) shall be chargeable on the basis of the booking meal plan.
  • Indian nationals making cash payment above Rs. 20000.00 has to produce their PAN card.
  • Standard Check-In Time: 14:00:00 IST. || Check -out - 12:00:00 IST. (Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will be chargeable.
  • Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.
  • Booking is not transferable without written consent from the Hotel. Rights of admission reserved. Special Requests are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
  • Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
  • Early Check Out / No Show will account for 100% retention of the total booking amount.
  • Swimming Pool Timing: 08.00 am – 06.00 pm || Jacuzzi Timings: 08.00 am – 07.00 pm || No food drinks allowed in the pool / jacuzzi.
  • Indoor Kids Play Zone: 08.00 am – 11.30 pm
Hotel Policy:
  • Playing Loud Music / Carrying Portable Speaker is not allowed in the resort premises.
  • Pets Not Allowed.
  • Guests are prohibited to smoke Hookah in Room. Any guest carrying the same shall handover the hookah to the hotel management upon check in at the reception and will not carry it to the room. Further the hotel management reserves the right the prohibit the guest from smoking Hookah in the public area if deemed necessary.
  • Personal Liquor is allowed in the room only and cannot be carried to the dining, lawn area
  • Use of Swimming Pool only with proper swim wear only. Cottons are not allowed in the pool / Jacuzzi.
