A cancellation is free of charge if done more than 15 days prior to the date of check in. (15 days are calculated from the date of arrival, standard check in time 14.00 hrs IST)
A cancellation done within 15 days from the date of check in shall amount to a 100% retention of the gross booking amount. (15 days are calculated from the date of arrival, standard check in time 14.00 hrs IST)
A booking is non amendable within 15 days from the date of arrival.
Lean Season Cancellation Policy:
